She is passionate about integrating environmental, safety and sustainability practices into day-to-day activities. One of Belinda’s key philosophies is that sustainability and compliance are critical to the long-term success of any business.

Sophie Monaco, Environmental Specialist

Sophie is a young, passionate environmental professional with 5 years’ experience in environmental monitoring, reporting and data management. Recently she has been involved in using drone and satellite imagery for mine site monitoring and rehabilitation purposes. Sophie’s other interests include rehabilitation and fire ecology as well as wildlife care and rehabilitation in her spare time.

Memory is an environmental professional with 10 years experience in the rail, resources and construction sectors. She has qualifications in environmental management, with professional expertise in environmental approvals & compliance, environmental management systems and auditing, baseline environmental assessments, environmental planning and project risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement.

Mikayla is a heritage, native title and community professional with 10 years’ experience in the resource sector. She enjoys working with clients and community stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships built on trust, respect and understanding. This approach has enabled her to reach many mutually beneficial outcomes between businesses and community groups.
Jaye Small, Safety / Training / Heritage Specialist
Cert IV OHS, Cert IV T&A
Jaye is a Safety, training and heritage logistic specialist with over 10 years in the mining sector. She has qualifications in OH&S, training and assessing and incident investigation and has been engaged in delivering training, conducting site audits, implementation of safety procedures and facilitating Aboriginal heritage surveys. Jaye enjoy teaching Pilates, swimming and watching her AFL team win.
Bryanna Minchin, Office Assistant
Bryanna is a student attending her final year at Curtin University studying a Bachelor of Commerce with Majors in Accounting and Accounting Technologies. She has had brief experience with taxation and bookkeeping. Bryanna also enjoys playing hockey and is actively involved in the committee of her local team.
Lawson Brandis, Environmental Specialist
Lawson is a young environmental professional with 5 years’ experience including time in the mining and construction industries, as well as the West Australian Government. Lawson’s primary interests relate to sustainable mining, conservation and environmental research. His personal goal is to help improve sustainable mining and preserve the Australian environment for future generations.
